Being small is the point. Projects are taken on when there is capacity to do them properly, which means fewer of them and more attention on each. There is no account layer between you and the person doing the work.

The practice works with organisations that need a web project to succeed but do not have the internal capacity to plan or run it — companies replacing an ageing site, teams commissioning a build for the first time, and organisations that inherited something they now need to understand.

Engagements range from a short advisory piece — reviewing a proposal before it is signed — through to designing, building and then maintaining a site for years.
